Toni Ritchie
International facilitator, trainer, speaker and Equine Canada certified rider & Instructor of Beginners, Toni helps translate the riders’ learning into insights for action.
Jennifer McIlwraith
2000 Reserve Canadian Champion Western rider and 2006 Ontario Equestrian Federation Coach of the Year. Jennifer is our lead riding coach, offering the mounted portion of our program, alongside her spirited equine team. She is the co-owner of Double J Farms and an affiliate of our parent company, Ritchie Bridges Strategy Inc.
The Double J Farms riding school follows the safety guidelines of Equine Canada and the Ontario Equestrian Federation. Riders are encouraged to wear helmets. Nevertheless, riding and horse handling involves inherent risk. Riders assume responsibility for their participation and do so at their own risk.
